Winter Wonderland

A few days ago Julia said to me that she hardly believes it's January since it's not cold and there is no snow. I agreed with her. Today I woke up with a funny feeling and then I looked out and there was unexpectedly snow everywhere. So now we have some kind of winter here. Or at least in Espoo. I can't wait it to melt away.

Some people have found my blog via these keywords: "dentist + cavities" and "anorexic 1400 calories". Normally people find this when they are trying to find information about Kefexin.

In my last post I wondered if I manage to blog so much when I have school. I manage, the whole spring is going to be very loose. I had only one school day in this week and next time I'm going to have school on Tuesday. I call this a holiday.

It's Thursday and this is my favourite TV day. I just love House M.D. It's even better than Desperate Housewives, even though that is really good too. Finnish Version of Idols will be also aired today before House M.D. So I can spend two hours in front of my TV, which is really special since I don't watch TV so much.

I'm going to get my vision check later today. But I can't understand why do they check my vision all over again, since it's OK. There are something wrong in the glasses, if there is something wrong. I can't imagine my vision, right?

I had quite adventurous thoughts today. I just thought if my mother could have like e-mail address and we could send each other e-mail every now and then. My mother hardly knows how to use a mouse and she rather stays away from the computer. And they still have dial-up. So it's pretty much just a dream.

At School

I'm at school right now. I was here about 25 minutes too early, so there is some time to spend before my classes. I was going to post something extra yesterday, but there was just too much going on. So I'm doing it now.

I didn't get my glasses yesterday. There were something wrong in them. I just couldn't see perfectly with them so I have to get my vision checked again. I hope that this thing clears out. I really need new classes before end of this month. I'm going to see Disney On Ice with my sister, her boyfriend, my aunt, my niece and Aleksi. Basically it was my niece who wanted to see it, but somehow there is now six adults going with her. It's quite funny, actually.

I just checked some blog statistics, and all of my blogs are doing quite good. More visitors than I have ever expected. It's not like it matters, but it a nice thing though. In case you didn't realize, since my school started and stuff, there probably is not going to be so much updates. But there is a good chance than I post even more than before. I'm so into blogs right now. I even read a Blogger book, even though it was for beginners and I already know all those things in it.

Little Bites

Today I went to the dentist. I got only two very small cavities and they fixed them both right way. It didn't even hurt. It was a bit expensive, but not as expensive as private dentists can be. And like usually, my aunt paid. She also pays over half of the glasses we are going to get for me today. I'm quite excited about that. It is always so weird to wear different glasses. Luckily they are very similar than my current ones. I wanted to keep these but it was a lot cheaper to take glasses than just new lenses.

I started to think about this blog. I write here about my everyday life and as far as I know only my friends read this. This text is available for so many people in modern world, but still nobody pays any attention to this. And I kind of like it that way. I'm a small person in my own small corner of world. I don't need so much attention. For this blog it is OK if only few people read this.

School starts tomorrow. I'm not so excited about that. It also means that it's time for me to start eating a little bit healthier. And a little bit less. Just little bites.

By the way, I finally upgraded to the "beta" blogger. It was not a bad thing at all. This new blogger is definitely better.

Pigs

I have been eating like a pig, and I probably look like a one too. But these past few weeks have been very liberating. It feels good to eat what you want and when you want. But I'm not going to stay like this. As soon as my school starts I'm going to watch my weight again. I don't want to be as chubby and puffy as I was last year. Those days are gone. Anyway. This has been a real holiday for me. I have ate lot's of waffles with vanilla ice cream and all the other things I have been craving for so long. All the Christmas chocolates and sweets are gone for good. And I'm not even half as heavy as I though I would be by this time. Well, to be honest, I have not weighted myself properly. I don't care right now so why would I bully myself like this. And gosh, I love to diet so I can't wait. But these weeks have also made me realize how sick I have been. I'm going to raise my daily calories. I'm not going to fast so much. And that is a promise. I have also thought about if I start pilates again. I really loved it. I only stopped it because I got bored. It is a great exercising and I should start doing it again.

Luckily pigs can be quite cute too! I took this picture in our Mallorca vacation last year.

Yesterday Aleksi's friend was here. Aleksi cooked good food and we also made those waffles I have started to love so much. Later we played Hotel, which is a board game. It's like Monopoly but in 3D. I like it a lot better. I didn't won.

2007

New year's eve was very exciting; We listened to Leonard Cohen and played the Sea Battle game we got for Christmas. I didn't make any new year's resolutions. I was going to, but then I decided not to. I'm not sure what this year 2007 is going to bring for me. Before Christmas we talked about the chance that we might be getting married later this year. But it is not probably going to happen. We haven't even discussed about it since. And there is also a chance that we are going to a vacation, but that is not sure either. We'll see.

We have started to watch Twin Peaks. We were both too young for that when it was aired for the first and for the second time. We have watched several episodes, but I still don't know what to think about it. It's a bit too 90's to tolerate.
